2011 Resolutions

// February 4th, 2011 // No Comments » // General

Kung Hei Fat Choi!

We are now in the year of the golden Rabbit. This is the time were people’s interest on things that will bring them fortune and misfortune will be at the highest. Whether you believe them or not, what is important is that we set goals that will further enrich us.

Despite having only a 16.67% accomplishment on my 2010 Resolutions (I only met item #6), that will not stop me from coming up with a new set of resolutions for this year. This includes:

  1. Finish reading at least 6 books.
  2. Log in at least 250km additional running mileage. Current Daily Mile reading is at 191km.
  3. Publish at least 200 photos for my Project 365.
  4. Join a 10km run.
  5. Cross one item from my bucket list.
  6. Attain a weight between 65-70kg by the next lunar new year.

2010 Resolutions

When 2010 kicked in, I decided to list some resolutions for the year. Now, that the first quarter will soon be over and things are not looking up, I decided to share six of the eight hoping for some accountability ^_^.

  1. To be able to run a 5-kilometer course in 30 minutes or less (currently averaging at 60 minutes).
  2. Be able to try at least 50 Photoshop tutorials (still at zero accomplishment).
  3. Trim my weight down to 60 kilos (now at 72).
  4. Go on a local travel with my family.
  5. Come up with 10 sets of  what I call “In Action” photography project (1 down, 9 to go).
  6. Participate in at least 4 marathons running events (three more to go).

I’m looking forward for a positive review come 2011.

Mugg Shots

Mighty Muggs are a vinyl/plastic collectible toy series made by Hasbro. The toys resemble super deformed versions of characters from the following franchises: Star Wars, Marvel Comics, Indiana Jones, G.I. Joe, and Transformers. There are also blank Mighty Muggs that have been produced by Hasbro for customization by collectors. (taken from Wikipedia)

I think I am starting to get obsessed with this toy. Collecting things that are similar yet unique from each other appeals to me. I just wished they made a better Master Yoda. I’ll have him anytime over the guys above.  A big disappointment his design is.

Anyway, wishing to have any, if not all, of the above. Yes, I have an affinity for villains.
