Doing the C25K Training

I never imagined that the day will come that I will be this passionate with running/jogging. The turning point was when I stepped on the weighing scale last November and realized that I was already 13-pounds overweight. Joining the recent Condura Run also helped fuel this passion. Now, I am taking this activity more seriously.
This week, I decided to follow the Couch-to-5K Running Plan and I have just finished Day 02 of Week 01 this morning.
