Intramuros Is Forever Grand Winner

The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation (FPPF) and the Intramuros Administration have now announced the winners of the “Intramuros is Forever” photo competition. With 2,108 entries submitted, Josefino Aboganda took home the Grand Prize and was awarded with a trophy, medal, and a cash prize of P25,000.

The photo competition is part of the celebration of National Heritage Month this May. The photos of the top 50 placers is now displayed in an exhibit at the Intramuros Administration Lobby at the Palacio del Governador and will run until May 7, 2010.

It was my first time joining a photo competition with my DSLR and learned good lessons along the way. Below is what my three entries should have looked like have decided to use borders instead of cropping them. Better luck to me next time… ^_^

      thanks james! you’re patronizing ha. haha! pinakanagustuhan ko nga din yung kalesa when printed. im planning to have it framed tapos lagay ko sa room ko. hehe.

      deserving of the prize talaga for me. the rule said no major editing kaya the first time i saw this napa-isip ako kung paano nya to ginawa.
