Condura Run 2010 is the first marathon event that I have joined in my entire life. Thanks to Omar for encouraging me to sign-up for this run. Not only was I able to contribute in conserving the dolphins but I also had a great and sweaty time.
I only started doing regular jogs last November averaging 4.71km/hr and if not for the shirt and the finishers medal, I would probably pass out on this one. Surprisingly, I ended up placing as the 599th out of 979 3km-finishers and at 6.43 km/hr! See the improvement of fearing the shame of being last can do? Hahaha. Sadly, I don’t think I was that successful in saving my face as finishing right after me is an 8-year-old boy. It only shows that there is a lot more room for improvement. ^_^
Below are some photos from the cameras of Jeff and Omar. This will definitely be not my last run. ^_^
