Works for me and most people who are vegans.</description>

		<description>Sorry to hear that you are feeling sick. About two weeks ago I also had an ear infection and had to go to the doctor. Other than that, eat fresh onions and garlic AFTER a tiring workout or exercise program. Even though exercising has health benefits, it also shows that are our immune system significantly drops immediately after a workout. So stay away from people with the flur or cold after your workout and try to get enough nourishment first.</description>
