All Right Now

I have been dealing with health issues for the entire week. I went to the doctor last Monday for an ear infection then I was down with a flu the following day. They could be related or walking under a drizzle last Saturday afternoon then running a 5K come Sunday morning took its toll on me. Thank God I’m all right now! Not yet 100% as I am still having headaches but I had normal temperatures all throughout this day. Yey!

What’s new? I have two. I managed to squeeze them in between my bed rests. One, this blog is now mobile friendly. Go check it out on your mobile phone or portable gaming devices. Two, I started Shuriken Daily at Posterous. I rock!

Lyrics of All Right Now by Free

There she stood in the street
Smiling from her head to her feet
I said “Hey, what is this”
Now baby, maybe she’s in need of a kiss
I said ” Hey, what’s your name baby”
maybe we can see things the same
Now don’t you wait or hesitate
Let’s move before they raise the parking rent

All right now baby, it’s all right now
All right now baby, it’s all right now

I took her home to my place
Watching ev’ry move on her face
She said ” Look, what’s your game baby
are you tryin’ to put me in shame?”
I said ” slow don’t go so fast,
don’t you think that love can last?”
She said ” Love, Lord above,
now you’re tryin’ to trick me in love”

All right now baby, it’s all right now
all right now baby, it’s all right now

That’s all for now, take care and I’ll
be back with more in a few days

I’ll go take my rest now. As I’ve said, not yet at 100%…

  1. Sorry to hear that you are feeling sick. About two weeks ago I also had an ear infection and had to go to the doctor. Other than that, eat fresh onions and garlic AFTER a tiring workout or exercise program. Even though exercising has health benefits, it also shows that are our immune system significantly drops immediately after a workout. So stay away from people with the flur or cold after your workout and try to get enough nourishment first.

  2. You don’t cook it. You eat it RAW. It doesn’t work if cooked. Sorry to burst your bubble. But you are guaranteed to bounce back faster, like 24-48 hours, by taking fresh garlic and onions every four hours with a light snack. One clove each for every four hours. Works for me and most people who are vegans.
