Celebrated Valentine’s Day of 2009 by driving off early to Clark Subic for the last day of the 14th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. I am a little disappointed because the sky was not at its best that morning. So no blue skies at this series. A word of caution for first timers who plans of spending the whole day at the site, the heat can be a little harsh so prepare thyself.
